STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

At NFCTAPBEE , we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, we have formed a friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

At NFCTAPBEE ,We provide all india  shipping with the extra costing as per shipping package and shipping partner.



 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. You may exchange the product only for a technical reason . In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, you may exchange the goods. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 24 hours from the date on which these goods were delivered.

  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.

Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by https://NFCTAPBEE.blogspot.com will be treated as not returned. Please note that 3% (percent) bank charges will be deducted from total refund amount. 
 

  1. Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. NFCTAPBEE will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

  2. Please note the following address where you have to return the product for exchange:

  3. You can report the product within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. NFCTAPBEE only provides free shipping at the time of order only.
    Customer who wants to exchange the product , needs to pay additional RS 200 for Reshipping.

    NFCTAPBEE responsible for free shipping in case of damaged product.

    In case of exchanging the product , if customer wants to change the product onwards and for customisation sizes, additional price will be charged accordingly.

  4. While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
    When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.

  5. In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at www.nfctapbee.blogspot.com or contact us at 9662856712 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece .
